Rosalie operates across multiple areas of the hospitality ecosystem, bringing together expertise and experiences under one brand.
Rosalie is proudly backed by the Silver Shine Group of Hotels, drawing on decades of ownership and operational expertise across 120+ rooms in New Delhi. The promoters also own and operate the Royal Rosette brand, with two hotels currently under ownership, one in New Delhi and another in Bhimtal, Uttarakhand, establishing a strong hospitality presence across both urban and leisure destinations.
Beyond city hotels, the group manages a six-acre destination wedding and events venue near Chandigarh, featuring four covered venues alongside an expansive open lawn, designed to host large-scale celebrations and premium social events.
This diverse portfolio spanning urban business hotels, boutique leisure properties, and large-format banqueting venues gives Rosalie a practical, end-to-end operational perspective that few hospitality management platforms can match.
Our ownership-led experience fundamentally shapes how we operate. It sharpens our focus on asset planning, capital expenditure discipline, cost optimisation, and long-term margin protection. Every Standard Operating Procedure we design is rooted in real-world operational realities, not theoretical frameworks.
At Rosalie, we build teams that understand both sides of hospitality success: the guest experience and the Profit & Loss statement.
